The right to do business online
The Lasessor's online store is open to all legal entities of legal age. The online store is intended for consumer customers, retailers have their own online store. These terms and conditions apply to the transaction between Lasessor and the consumer when ordering from the Lasessor online store.
All orders received in the Lasessor's online store are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery leaves our warehouse in 1-2 working days after ordering. Our warehouse is located in connection with our office in Finland, so the products can be delivered immediately. Once the order has been processed and is leaving, the customer will receive an order / delivery confirmation in their email. You may want to check that the email address in your contacts is spelled correctly. The order or its cancellation is always confirmed to the customer in writing by e-mail.
Lasessor Oy delivers products through the Post. You can choose a postal package for € 4.50 or, if the order fits in an envelope, you can also choose a letter delivery for € 2.21. If the order is too large to fit in the envelope, the Mail option will not appear in the delivery method menu. If the customer joins as our VIP member, he will always receive free delivery to the nearest post office or by letter (if the order fits in an envelope). Free deliveries for VIP customers or in Finland.
You can also select an address other than the customer's contact information as the delivery address. This section should be remembered to check when ordering, under “other delivery address”. For example, a gift product can be delivered directly to the recipient.
The tracking number of the shipment will be indicated in connection with the delivery confirmation. Please note, however, that there are no tracking codes for mail.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the post office will deliver the arrival notification to the customer by text message and e-mail, with which the package can be picked up. The progress of the package can be tracked using the shipping code on Posti's website at: www.posti.fi (on the front page under Track shipping). The Post Office returns undelivered items to Lasessor. Lasessor will retain unclaimed shipments for 2 months at its premises at Fashion Center, Härkahaantie 14, Vantaa. Mail cannot be tracked.
Delivery addresses to which we do not deliver
We do not deliver orders to addresses that are PO Box addresses, hotels, hostels, or other addresses that are not directly connectable to the individual customer acting as the subscriber. We deliver orders to Finland.
The customer must carefully check the contents and condition of the order and make a complaint immediately if he / she notices any deficiencies or errors in delivery. If the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, Lasessor Oy must also be notified. Notification of a defect or goods must be made immediately and no later than within two weeks of receiving the goods electronically to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The products and their possible postage costs will be paid in connection with the order. Purchases are paid for in our online store via Stripe or Paypal (credit, and debit card payments).
When the customer pays with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Lasessor Oy only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Lasessor Oy is responsible for complaints.
All e-commerce prices are in euros and include VAT.
The online store uses the prices at the time of ordering. Any offers and promotions only apply to orders received and confirmed after the offer or promotion begins. Tenders are clearly marked with time limits and other conditions. All prices are valid either for the duration of the offer or for as long as there is enough goods.
Receipt / guarantee certificate
Receipt of delivery is delivered with the product shipment. The receipt also serves as a guarantee certificate for the product.
The customer has the right under the Consumer Protection Act to return an unused product purchased in a distance store within 14 days of receiving it. The return is free of charge for the customer.
The product must be returned intact and unused when returned, in its original packaging and with the original labels, ie in the same condition as it was when received.
In the event of a return, the customer fills in the return form and packs the returned product and the return form in a Lasessor bag (or other). Both the postal package and the order delivered by letter can be returned to any Post office. The Post / Matkahuolto office will inform you that Lasessor Oy will return the customer in question.
Detailed return instructions and a return form are included with the product shipment. When Lasessor Oy has received the appropriate product return and inspected the product, the performance paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible (after a maximum of 30 days), if possible with the same payment method as the customer has paid for the order. Lasessor Oy does not exchange products. If you want to exchange the product, make a return and order a new product from the online store.
We perform an individual quality inspection for all our products. If, despite this, defects are found in our products, we will exchange the product free of charge for a new, faultless individual or, alternatively, we will refund the amount paid to the customer's account.
100% satisfaction guarantee
We invest in our customers 'satisfaction and we hope that both our products and services meet our customers' expectations. If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the product received, he has the right to return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Warranty against manufacturing defects
We offer our umbrellas a one (1) year manufacturing defect warranty. The warranty covers defects and shortcomings due to the manufacture of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or wear and tear due to normal use of the product. Complaints must be made immediately upon noticing the error. If the complaint is not made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, the warranty expires. The guarantee certificate is a purchase receipt. The warranty granted for the products does not remove the statutory liability for the products - Lasessor Oy is naturally responsible for manufacturing defects of the products even after the warranty period.

Validity of contract terms
The terms of the agreement are valid until further notice. Lasessor Oy reserves the right to change the terms of the contract unilaterally and without prior notice, however, so that the terms of the contract valid at the time of the order are valid for the duration of the order.
