The Lasessor's online store is open to all persons of legal age. However, the online store is intended for consumer customers only as retailers have their own online store. The following terms and conditions below apply to transactionsbetween Lasessor and consumers when ordering from the Lasessor online store.
All orders received through the Lasessor online store are processed as quickly as possible.
Generally, all orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days after order placement. Our warehouse is located next to our headquarters in Finland, so orders are seamlessly processed and delivered. Once the order has been processed and is awaiting pick up, the customer will receive an order / shipment confirmation by email.
Kindly verify that the email address on your LASESSOR customer account is correct. Order confirmations orcancellations are always confirmed to customers in writing by e-mail.
The delivery method depends on the customer's choice and availability within the country of delivery. Lasessor Oygenerally delivers products by post.
Our Finnish customers receive deliveries to their nearest post office or to their home if the order fits in an envelope.
Customers can also select an alternative delivery address other than the address registered on the customers’ account. The alternative address can be added under the “other delivery address” field at check out. This option can be used for example, if the product bought is to be delivered as a gift directly to the recipient.
For shipments in Finland, the tracking number of the shipment will be indicated in connection with the delivery confirmation. Please note, however, that there are no tracking codes for envelopes sent by mail.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the post office will deliver the arrival notification to the customer by text message and e-mail, with which the package can be picked up. The location of the package can be tracked using the shipping code on Posti's website at: www.posti.fi (on the front page under Track shipping). The Post Office returns undelivered items to Lasessor. Lasessor will retain unclaimed shipments for 2 months at its premises at Fashion Center, Härkahaantie 14, Vantaa. Envelopes sent by mail cannot be tracked.
For deliveries to other EU countries, a shipment tracking may not yet be available as a delivery option.
Delivery addresses to which we do not deliver
Lasessor does not deliver orders to PO Box addresses, hotels, hostels, or other non-residential addresses. We deliver orders to Finland and countries within the European Union (EU).
The customer must carefully check the contents and condition of the order and make a complaint immediately if any deficiencies or errors in delivery are noticed. In addition, if the parcel has been visibly damaged during transport, Lasessor Oy must also be notified. Notification of a defect or missing goods must be made to our customer service email (email@example.com) no later than 14 days after receiving the delivery.
The products and postage costs connection with the orde are paid for in our online store via Stripe or Paypal (credit, and debit card payments).
When the customer pays with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Lasessor Oy only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. For any complaints regarding payments Lasessor Oy is responsible.
All e-commerce prices are in euros and include VAT. The online store uses the prices at the time of ordering. Any offers and promotions only apply to orders received and confirmed after the offer or promotion begins. Offers are clearly marked with time limits and other conditions. All prices are valid either for the duration of the offer or for as long as there is enough goods.
Proof of delivery and receipt of order is delivered with the product shipment. The receipt also serves as a guarantee certificate for the product.
The customer has the right under the Consumer Protection Act to return an unused product purchased online within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return goods. Kindly note that postage costs for the return will not be reimbursed to the customer.
The product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging and with the original labels, ie in the same condition as it was when received.
To receive a refund for returned product, the customer must fill in the return form, pack the product with the return formand post the parcel to the Lasessor warehouse.
Kindly contact our customers service at email@example.com for more detailed instructions on returning your products.As soon as Lasessor Oy has received the return and inspected the product(s), the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Refunds are paid out latest after a maximum of 30 days. For the refund, Lasessor will refund the customer usingthe same payment method as the customer initially used while placing the order.
Lasessor Oy does not exchange products. If you want to exchange the product, return the product and order a new product from the online store.
Lasessor performs individual quality inspections for all products. If, despite this, defects are found in our products, Lasessor will exchange the product free of charge for a new, faultless one or, alternatively, refund the amount paid to the customer's account.

We invest in our customers 'satisfaction and we hope that both our products and services meet our customers' expectations. If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the product received, he has the right to return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Validity of contract terms
The terms of the agreement are valid until further notice. Lasessor Oy reserves the right to change the terms of the contract unilaterally and without prior notice.
However, the terms of the contract valid at the time of order placement are valid for the duration of the order. Up-to-date terms and conditions can be found in the Lasessor's online store and should always be checked when ordering.
Lasessor Oy maintains a register of its customers. The information stored in the customer register will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. The statutory information of the customer register about the registrar is available at email@example.com
